NEWS: Canaria Club's Ogawa Mana is set to release her first solo single Suppin Rock, later this year under Tsunku's TNX label. The song is due to be the opening theme for a new anime, Hyakko with Tsunku writing and producing the track.
A press conference was held to announce the release, the closing theme of the anime to be sung by Hirano Aya and also produced by Tsunku. The single will be released on the 19th of November.
Mana performed the song at NICE GIRL Project's recent concert tour. You can download a low quality concert rip HERE.
Ogawa Mana, Canaria Club's lead vocalist has had 2 solos on CC's latest album and single but this release marks her true debut as a soloist. I have already shown great admiration for her voice so I'm very excited about this release.
Edit: I had originally written that Mana would sing the Closing theme with Hirano Aya singing the Opening. This was a mistake and I switched the two up. Ogawa will sing the OP with Hirano singing the ED. Sorry!
